Angry Dumb question 96 Buick century

Can anybody tell me where is the Fan relay that operates the pusher fan...

sorry I don't know. If no body can tell you then check a Haynes manual at your local parts store.

I bought the haynes manual but dint even mention the pusher fan, just the primary fan

relays are on the left side of the engine bay as you fase the front fo the car right behind the headlight they are 4 boxes about 2" cubed all in a row hope that helped
