My stomach kills, what could it be?

My stomach has been killing me since Sunday. I had alot of cole slaw and I know that can cause gas but should it be lasting this long? It only hurts when I move it though, so do you think I pulled a muscle or something?

Nope. Pretty cold. Remember it only hurts when I move.

I've pulled a muscle..only hurt when I sat up from a chair or bent to pick something up. Usually won't hurt just walking around.

Food poisoning. Depends on how old, how long it has been sitting out, and what other ingriedients were involved. How much of it you ate.

If you were working out or not, could of pulled something. If you turn the wrong way sometimes, you can strain a vein{ just messin" you can pull a muscle though just breathing the wrong way.

If you are under or have been under a tremendous amount of stress for a long period of time, you could have the beginning stages of an ulcer.

Did you swallow any metal when you ate your cole slaw??? If so that's most likely your problem.
