new engine for my beat up car... I need help

Ok I have a 97 Integra that needs some work done, poor girl just isn't keeping up... I am wanting to put a new engine in but am a bit clueless as to what engine is most suitable with the highest output... I understand that the most common swap is a B18(?) but i was wondering if there was a bigger badder one out there???

what model was the integra orginally. If i were you i'd put a b18c1 gsr in the car since they are good motors and are expensive but the tranny and motor are worth it. if you really wanted to go nuts throw a b18c5 integra type r engine in it for about 200 horses (jdm) that is or u get a jdm gsr motor with 180hp. type r range from 4200-5k gsr 2999-3600.

you can wait a bit and put a K series motor in there. or you could get an H.

Ok then so then what is the big difference in the K and H series motors vs. the B series? Also questioning the differance between the B18A, B18B and B18C, as well as the B20B and B20Z... H22/H23, and what is the F20,22,23... How long would the wait be on the K series and would it honestly be worth the wait?
I'm just full of questions... I just want the best for my girl... money really isn't an issue

the b18a is out of the da integra's im assuming your car is a ls or gs,rs so you have a b18b the b18b has 142hp and 126tq the b18c1 has 170 and 128tq the b18c5 has 195 and 130 tq the b20 has 128 and 133tq the h22 has 200 or 220 and 161 or 163tq depending on model h23 160 and 156tq and the f20c has 240 153 tq f20b 200and 145 k20 has 220 and 158tq

man dont put a B18A, B18B and B18C engine in it ...put a jdm h22 b18 abc are nothing compared to a h22

an H22 ain't a good i dea u cna get a B18C5 it has jsut as much power but it'll be more expensive, it won't be as hard to put in and won't weigh u down with steering though
