Unhappy Sputtering,Stalling,Slow accel. 1986 2.5L

1986 Cherokee Comand-trac 2-dr 2.5l 4-cyl

Ok, well heres the thing: i first noticed my jeep was losing power in the first night(paper route) with a little sputtering up this one steep hill.
Then day 2 it started to idle really rough, like 2 seconds of good idle, then it rattles and wobbles, somtimes stalling, most the time just wobbling real bad-this is how it is now, mostly stalling though.

When i give it gas, it sounds almost like its skipping a spark, but ive put in new: Fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs/wires, distributer cap/rotor, fuel pump relays(which caused it to not start for a couple nights) The air intake/fuel injectors have been cleaned.

I would gain power when i let up off the gas, but now its so bad it isnt even doing that anymore.

If anyone knows about this, please get back to me asap!

Re: Sputtering,Stalling,Slow accel. 1986 2.5L

Well, i checked all the vacuum tubes connected to the throttlebody/carb(?} and the performance increases with each tube unplugged, each seperately.
When i unplug the PCV valve vacuum, the sputtering smooths out a little, but the valve itself works so its not that. It looked a little clogged but it has really strong suction.
When i unplug the MAP vacuum, it stops sputtering too, but i dont know if the MAP works or not, i dont know how to test it.

how do i tell if the MAP sensor is working or not?
how do i test the throttle position sensor?
what else can you suggest?

I talked to 4 mechanics and they all said it was my whole throttlebody....all of them played around with it until they came to the same conclusion. I also had to replace my fuel pressure regulator.....
throttle body at kragen was $430 but i found a pristine clean one at a junkyard for $24....car runs great now...
