newbie to scooby

hey guys and girls,

just got a bog standard Im preza 2000 sport model (uk) 2001
It came with hubs instead of rear discs any way to change them to discs what other mods would you guys sudgest for a guy with a tight budget.
What i mean is what do you guys think i should spend my money on first???

reading your other posts seems you guys have a lot moe options then us brits

we get 3 models here

gl
sport
turbo

then we have sti, wrx, sp1 (like the turbo woth trick bits)

all have the same 2.0 AWD setup turbo and above have turbo sport and gl dont

Do you have anti-lock brakes? I'd upgrade the handling of a bone-stock car before I got around to the brakes. Brakes are important, but not really unless you're going to be track racing, where brake fade becomes an issue. Stock brakes will stop stock wheels/tires just fine on surface streets. Upgrade wheels, tires, springs, struts, shocks, sway bars, chassis rigidity first.
