Unhappy PLease help me!!!

Does anybody know what it means when computer shows code P0748. What kind of problem should be fixed? My car (Elantra 97) can not pass emission test. The other two problems - mass flow meter and Evap. canister valve should be replaced. Please tell me if you know about this computer code.

Thank you very much!

So, it means that this Pressure control selenoid in transmission should be replaced - right?

Re: PLease help me!!!

it could be the pressure control selenoid . or the wiring between the tcu and the trans . or the wiring in the trans . i would firs disconnect the big connector near the bottom of the trans and see if there is any corrosion (green fuzzy lookin stuff) in the terminals . if its clean i would take my dvom an place the black lead on ground and look for the yellow wire pin 2 on the connector and place the red lead (from multi meter ) on th pin (trany side) that the yellow wire (harness side )would have been touching had it been pluged in . find out how many ohms resistance there is and write me back
