HLJ shipment just arrived! (pics)

Whooohoooo! Feels like x-mas all over again. Only this time I got better presents. Here's the full shipment minus one tank that belongs to my roomie.

The accessories:
One set of BBS wheels, one trans kit for my WRC Focus to bring it up to 2001 specs, one sheet of fine carbon fiber decals and finally one set of modelers seatbelts.

These seatbelts are shweet!

Little note for Canadians thinking about buying from HLJ. DO IT! All the crap that I ordered came to ~$35 shipping and $25 tax and duty. Will I order from HLJ again? Of course.

Finally not related to HLJ, the Mustang is on hold until about mid-Feb. In the mean time I'm starting my Mugen ITR and a Tamiya EVO VI for a gift for my friend. I'll definitly be getting the EVO kit again. It's pretty sweet.

Here's a pic of the ITR after I cut off the front bumper and attached the mugen bumper. I'm thinking of going with the Pheonix Yellow and gun metal wheels.

HOLY *BEEP* Cheap cheap shipping and duty!!!!!!
Those Fujimi Carbon Fiber decal looks nice too! But I already order the Modelers one, since everyone is saying how good it is.
You even brought PE seat belts!!@!@@!

BTW, I'm working on a mugen ITR right now too. Putting the Mugen parts on the Revell ITR.

Looking forward to your finish products!

Very, very nice! Just a hint with the seatbelts, add a little superglue to the adhesive when you make them, the sticky backing doesn't hold well enough!

I am hoping my order will be ready for when I get back to the UK!

Thats going to keep you busy.

Could you do me a pic of what the wheels look like. I have been thinking of getting them myself but would like to see a pic first.

Cheers

Talking SANTA IS REAL!

Here's what arrive from HLJ today!

The new Fujimi Impreza WRX STI version 6! YAY!

A Fujimi Metal Muffler Chart that was inside the WRX box.
(Picture in the next next post)

The Impreza is like the new Tamiya kits with engine, suspension and exhaust parts molded to the underbody for easy assembly and difficult painting Body parts molded in navy blue, under/inside parts moled in flat black. Bucket seats has holes pre-opened for racing harness.

Watch for my Initial D copy WRX in the near future:sun:

That choice of muffers is great.
Nice way of buying them to have a choice when building a kit
