corrosion on chrome wheels
I have a set of chrome wheels I'd like to get rid of but can't right now because of their condition. The're becoming a little corroded on the inside and I was wondering if anyone knew what I could use to get it off. The chrome is beggining to chip on the inside and will eventually spread to the spokes if I don't do something. Thankyou.

Re: corrosion on chrome wheels
There's not a whole lot that can be done to stop the spread of the damage. Once the finish starts to peel, it's over. I guess you could try brushing off the loose parts with a wire brush and sealing with some sort of paint, but that would not last very long.
