Disc Brake question

Anybody ever retrofit disc brakes in the rear, to replace the drums?
I have an '87.

not that hard to due. I've been Googling like crazy, " Grand Marquis + rear disc brakes" and have come up with all sorts of cars that have been retrofitted with rear disc brakes. Most of them were Ford products.

Thanks for the info. I too have seen retrofits, but didn't see any prefab kits, since the brake line bending can be very difficult.
