Re: what is the best header?

shorty keeps the cat and allows you to pass emissions if that is a problem in your state, full(or long) header removes the cat and makes it hard to pass emissions. Kamakazi is a 4- header, zxtuner is a 4-2-1 and jba is a shorty. the Kamakazi is teh best performance wise for the zx2, but the zxtuner is highly regarded(mainly just cuz Rob made it) and teh jba is teh only shorty that fits right(pacesetter is crap and the hotshot shorty is VERY hard to find as they havent made it in years).

Re: what is the best header?

don't have to worry about emissions around here... 90% of the people here drive big trucks with no exhuast... pretty sad... ha. do you know how much the kamakazi adds? just a rough guess would be fine too... just trying to get an idea and waht to get next on the engine...

Re: what is the best header?

2.25 or 2.5, either are good, 2.5 if you plan on eventually having heavier mods (PnP compression ect.) id guess the header and exasut is good for about 12-15 crank (guessing)
