Does any one know if there are rca outputs on the stock bose head unit? I want to hook up my amp and subs w/o getting a new hu. I like the stock interior look and would like to keep it that way. Any imput would help. Thanks

Re: type-s stock hu

A salesman I talked to at Ultimate Electronics told me that there would be no problem adding subs or amps to the stock system in my type-s.

However, this came from the same guy that said I couldn't replace solely the speakers by themselves or just the head unit by itself without replacing everything in the system.

Looks like he wanted to make a big sale.
