'96 Grand Caravan Power Window Problem

Need Help,

I lowered my front windows to let hot air out and went to raise windows and only passenger window raised up. My drivers-side door power window will not raise up. Wondering what potential problems may be. Auto-dealer tells me its most likely the window regulator which will cost me roughly $360 to replace (parts, tax, labor). Feel like I'm getting taken to cleaners. Could it really be that much to replace? Based on conversation with the deal, it can be one of three things, motor, switch, regulator. Is this correct? I've tryed to determine if its the motor by banging on the inside door panel, while switching the window switch up, but nothing happens. How hard is it to get inside door panel to see if the cable has broken? I'm not very good at mechanical stuff, so please tell me level of difficulty in getting door panel off/on. Thanks.

you can buy the whole assembly on e bay for less than $60 as I just did. Looks easy enough to change. Will find out tomarrow.
