Possible to rev 9k+ RPMs?

Whats up guys...I was curious...If i put new camshafts, valve springs, & retainers, and port & polish the head, would it be possible to rev to 9k+ RPMs on a jdm H22a? Kinda curious because I haven't heard much about high revving in preludes... Let me know what I would need to rev that high, or if its even possible or not.

i'm far from being an expert, but i would think you would need stronger internals and not just upper work. anything is possible, but would you risk blowing your engine over it?
