1999 Chevy Blazer rear hatch

I can't open the rear hatch window. I have tried manually pushing the lever down and that doesn't work. How do I take off the panel? Do you have a picture on how to do it?

take insode handel off(2 screws). 2 screws on outside edges of panel.
black steel panel underneath comes off with 9/32 nut driver. under that is a cheap piece of plactic, that probably broke, attached to green plastic. when the release button is hit the green lever goes in and out and is suppose to pull on blue plastic. i took a piece of coat hanger and tied the 2 pieces together. probably not the right thing to do but i was at work and in a hurry. cou7ld probably by the blue plastic at the stealer and fix it right.
