how do i get the steering wheel off?
How do I get the steering wheel off an 88 caravan. I took off the cover and the nut in the center under that but it still won't budge.

That's easy!!! Go to the nearest Part Source or any other store that rents tools and ask for steering wheel puller kit. They will tell you how to use it on your car as well. You have to pull out the wheel's metal base against the center that the wheel is sitting on. There are some threaded holes to attach a puller .
