I started to install my agx's today. I've never done it before so I had a quick question. I didn't use a spring compressor. Instead I just used a hydraulic jack under the lower arm to raise the strut up into the mount. My question is about tightening the strut rod nut. Do I need to have the car at ride height before tightening it all the way? Also, should I raise the jack high enough so that all the threads come through the mount or raise it just enough to get the nut on the threads, then remove the jack and then tighten the nut? It may not even be a huge deal either way, but I want to make sure I do it right. Thanks.

Re: strut installation
raise the jack so some threads are in & tighten nut to 22 lb ft.
