Re: Re: yukon supercharged
thanks bud! I forgot to mention I have borla headers all the way. I'm actually looking into changin' the gears although I have that supercharger I can't spin the tires. Ya know what I mean! My question is what would be a good set for my rig, I'm running 20's with 305x50.
Thanks |

Re: yukon supercharged
Reprogrammed PCM will help...and I'm not talking about doing so via handheld programmers like Hypertech.

Re: yukon supercharged
what do you have now 3.73 or 4.10's
if you want to spin the tires a set of traction springs or bars will help, they will keep the leaf springs from tristing and sucking up the initial power sent to the tires. other than that a higher rpm torque converter, get a 2000 rpm and you will probably have a hard time not spinning the tires ,thats when my s/c 5.3 really starts to pull. also depends on tire compound, i had bridgestone steeltech 285/75r16 they wear a hard compound and broke loose pretty easy , after lift i put on bgf mud terrain 315/75r16 and they are so soft i can seldom braek them loose without serious abuse even after putting in 4.56 gears. |
