2000 Z-24 No back-up lights?

I have a 2000 Z-24. I don't have any back up lights. The fuse is good but there isn't any power going to the socket. Any ideas?

The neutral safty switch is on the top of the tranny. It makes sure that you are in neutral or park when you start the car. This is so it does not surge forward. It is also where the backup lights get power. It is a cheap easy fix. Good Luck.
