keyless entry problem

I know right now im going through hell just tryin to change the sterio in my 98 civic
the keyless entry runs throgh the radio and i have to keep it connected and drop it in my dash some where.
the radio and the keyless entry run though the same thing
Ahhhhhh i dont want to pay $80 just to install it.
any help would be nice
