hi flow cat
will this high flow cat fit my base 5 speed rsx. and if so does it pass emissions. is it worth it?

That specific product states it's for a Type S. HFC's will pass emissions. Whether or not it's worth it is debateable.

what are your mods right now? if you have a stock car, i would do the usual intake/exhaust bolt on's first.
