Question 98-v70,Noise from front end componets

I have a low mileage, well kept v70 GLT with noise and sound that goes beyond the normal, from squeking struts to linkage noise. Check it out from a lift with a mechanic and nothing was visably found loose.
Sound very notable from inside cabin when radio is off. HELP?????
Only problem with this great motor car. except VERY firm ride. Peter

Thanks, I hear it when going over the road and cracks or bumps.
The noise seems to have gotten more noticable in the last few days,
I have only driven it 7,000 miles.
