Honda S2000 Flow Bench Head

Hi all, from what I've read an excellent forum ...

I'm presently doing research into the design of variable geometry manifold sytems for car engines. I currently have an S2000 engine on a test rig in our lab coupled to a Land & Sea engine dyno. Basically I'm builing simulation software to model the fluid flow through the inlet and exhaust systems of the engine. As an input to these models I need flow data from the head.

Basically I require a standard Honda S2000 F20C2 head to be flow benched.

The tests or data must cover as wide a pressure differential across the head as possible, changing the valve lift, which each corressponding pressure, until full valve lift is acheived (VTEC system implemented). I also require both the inlet and exhaust valves to be flow tested in both directions - from port to cylinder with various valve lift and pressure differential, and similarly from cylinder to port for various valve lifts and pressure differential. From these tests it is the raw data I require - I will convert the data to flow coefficents my self.

Well basically if anyone has the raw data I require I'll buy it off them ... But I need to know by whom it was tested, model of flow bench used ... etc.

If anyone has a head for sale I would be interested in buying it as I want to section it to determine the port area variation.

So the last thing I want to do is pull off my own head and bring it over to the UK to get it flow benched ... And if anyone knows where or whom in the UK would do the flow benching for me I would be glad of all information.

Thanks for your time,

Joe
