header for 87 Integra, worthwhile or not?

Is there any real value in installing a header on an 87 Integra automatic, assuming the rest of the exhaust system is kept stock? Or would this just be a waste of money? Would any tuning adjustments be required after installation?

minimal tuning would be required, and if you like the car then it's worth it. It will sound/perform better.
