Horn problem

Hey guys on my 82 the horn hasnt worked since I've gotten it. The old cap that was on it had the plug in broke off. I've since then put a new steering wheel on it but when I hooked the wires up I still get nothing. Is there a fuse somewhere in the wire between the wheel and the actual horn?

I have I put a new one in it but it seems to be electrical
