Paint Blending

I took my pin stripping off my 94 LX and it turns out that my front 2 quarters are 2 differnet color blues, and its pirrty ovious. The car was painted before i bought it so there is nothin i could do. Do they makee anything that could possible blend the 2 together, i know there is clear coat in the way, but i just trying to make it so its not so ovbious.

just get them both re-sprayed. it'll be much easier that way. you could blend if you wanted to, but your still gonna notice a difference. what color is your car? of the colors i can think of, by tri-color, im thinking they mean 3 stage, wich is just base, pearl, clear. and all those codes you put down are just different variations of your original color, for blending and matching purposes.

Re: Paint Blending

you only noticed it after you took the pinstripe off? one thing you could do is just tell people you had it done that way.

Does it look that way only on the fenders, or down the whole side of the car on both sides (since a pinstripe runs down both sides) as well?
