depends on what company products its for, it can vary for every product and company....and usually the higher the number then that means the higher HP it can handle.

props to tran_nsx for being positive.
StageX simply differentiates performance&durability in a product line. A lot of people use it in reference to turbo setups where higher HP~= higer stage number. But I have seen it refer to everything from suspension to exhaust kits (seriously). I think right now the MOPAR upgrades for the Neon that dealers sell are setup in "stages". It is good for non technical people. |
