Question The Memory on my new JVC KD LH-300 cd Reciever will not Stay!!

I wanted to know what wire from the old head unit hold the memory into the headunit, because right now I have no memory!! I do not know which wire from the headunit exactly is suppose to go to what wire on the car wires!!! I have tried like every combination and it has given me a headache!lol

Hope you people on here can help me ASAP Thanks!

get a light tester and w/key off touch the tester to all the wires when one lights up thats ur memory wire plug that one to ur red wire on the head unit then turn ur key to the on possition and do the same thing when the next wire lights up turn the key off if the light goes out that would be the wire that turns the deck on and off when u start your car if none off that works check your fuses or you could wire the head unit straight off the battery thats what i had to do on my talon i suffered major power loss when it was hooked up the proper way

Thanks for all the help but I finally found out the problem today!! I had the accessory to the rem and not the hot!! Anyway I finally got it fixed after 10min of looking at it!!
