Plug type and gap on nitrous help!!

What type of plugs? what number? and what gap? on nitrous, somewhere between 35 and 75 shot? any help would be appreciated thanks

cold plugs, zex and other companies make them. use the suggested gap for your engine, and use 92 or higher octane fuel

yes its a stock b16, jdm b16 do i need to retard the timing or will it work fine the way it is, my car runs rich now so im not worried about adding more fuel i just want to make sure that the plugs arent too hot of a spark, what heat code plug should i use? and why only a 50 shot?
