All the common issues- 99 Tahoe

Well, I 've owned my 99 Tahoe for a year (bought it used with 60,000 miles on it) and I have had all the common issues fixed. Hopefully it will run good from here on out. First problem was the intake gaskets-$550.00, steering position sensor-$80, and I just replace the fuel pump-$450. All that and I only have 72,000 miles on it. I am not real happy with Chevy right now, these are problems that should not be at this mileage and if you saw this Tahoe you would know that it was kept in excellent condition. Thanks to the forum I have learned that I am not the only one with these problems!

Re: All the common issues- 99 Tahoe

Sorry About Your Problems But Ford, Chrysler, honda, Toyota And Every Other Manuf. Has The Same Problems. There Are Vehicles That Will Have Problems...but Also Remember That While You Have A Problem With Yours Thre Are Thousands Of Veh. Out There That "never" Have Any Problems...mine Is One... A 99 Suburban... Bought New And Aside From 2 Sets Of Tires, One Tune-up At 90000 And A Serp Belt, Nothing Has Gone Wrong. Not A Single Leak Anywhere, No Noises, No Breakdowns And Still Gets 17mpg
And Runs Great On Super.
