Red face Where is the ECU...HELP!

Hey All,
I have a 92 Galant that is stuck in Limp Mode. Tranny was rebuilt about 14 months ago and has given no problems until now. I have searched previous posts on Limp Mode and they all talk of ECU computer. I was wondering where this ECU is located on the car. The reason being that the car was driven thru high water (to bottom of floor pan) about 1 week before this happened. Was wondering if that could have caused our prob? We have taken car to Tranny shop where they ran a RAD? test and said it is not the tranny but an electrical problem.
Any help is appreciated,
Chris
P.S. Hi, I'm Vicki (Chris's wife) and I'm without my Galant...boo hoo. First things first I suppose, how does Chris get to the ECU in the car...is it difficult? Could someone please answer us since we are at an impass and waiting for a response as my car sits...thanks.
Vicki
