I have a skyline R33 GTS-T that has a turbo timer by the make and model of (Comtec Be-time 198) ever since i changed the battery i can not get the thing to switch back on. I have tried everything please help

Does your ignition work?
Have you tried unpulging it and pluging it back in? Most TT's that I've seen are very quick and easy to work with. they should have a harnes that goes between the ignition harnes. If your ignition is working, but the TT just has no power, make sure the ground wire is connected to the chasis somewhere. The ground wire should be the only one that is not a part of the harnes. Hope this helps.
