Is the Base RSX REALLY that bad?!?! when i read forums on the internet people seem to hate them. I have on and i love it, is it really not worth building if its not the Type-S?

Its a good car and a good daily driver but for performance you might as well get the Type S, much more potential, more mods and responds to them better.

just curious , i hear the base model only has the intake vtec cam ... i was wondering if you can buy a new set of cams and get both vtec cams in the base model , or would something prevent this ?

ppl just hate on the base model b/c it has 40 less hp than the type-s

big deal... w/ the right mods u could be well over 200+ hp.... =)

i have a base with the aspec kit and i love it, got it for a great price too =D

Uhhhh 40 is a lot of hp to make up for in the base. I'm in no way a base hater but even the base owners complain about it. Even with FI you are limited by the tranny and engine.
