Steering Wheel Or No Steering Wheel

Hello I'm getting my interior done this week, and I was thinking about getting a Momo or Sparco wheel. Does anyone know what all I lose besides an airbag and cruise control? I haven't seen the inside of my car since May, so I forget if any other functions are on the stock wheel. What about horn? Do the Momo and Sparco wheels come with a horn? Any info would be greatly appreciated

Where do you live? You might have trouble with cops/inspection sticker, because your stock wheel has an airbag. You can mount the cruise control some where else on the car. Most aftermarket steering wheels come with horn buttons (They look like nitrous buttons). but but it will get kinda pricey. (Wheel and hub kit)

Do you know how hard it would be to relocate the cruise control? Thanks for the info.

you can do the swap out but it depends on if you want to keeo the cruise and if someone can relocate that control for you.....Most of the time the wheels you find have the buttom for the horn/nitros..
I'm goin to get an Ichibahn wheel in mine and a guy on my team has the Momo sterring wheel in his ride and it looks nie.

Also check the local laws as it might not be permitable..I'm goin to do mine anyway..:frog:

And then both of you guys w/ you sewing maching powered cars get passed by a moped w/ a 5hp Engine and he goes on to put 5 car lengths on you. Racing an EX vs a DX is like a 10 speed bike vs a golden retriever.

Yeah, I definitely hear ya on keeping the air bag, but I'm going to make the sacrifice and just drive real careful. I'm thinking of going with either the Momo Commando or the Momo Racing Metal. Also, do you guys know of any companies that make E brake handles? I've found places that make shift knobs, but they don't have the E branke handles listed.

"it was his fault...not mine...."
i'd think twice about that....is "being cool" REALLY worth that kind of a risk? i'd rather smash my face in a pillow than smash my face into metal.......
