here is what i have so far to do my auto to manual swap

all parts from a 96 civic ex d16y8
-transmisson
-master and slave cylinder
-ecu
-shifter
-shift linkage
-flywheel and flywheel bolts
-clutch pedal
-brake pedal

is there anything else that i will (or will not) need to complete a auto to manual swap on a 95 civic ex d16z6

You will probably need a new starter and the pipe that runs from the master cylinder to the slave.
