Wink Hey

I have a red 98 cavy, 4 door auto, 2.2L. Talk about no power. The car has not had any real problems, I just put in new plugs and wires, we modded the intake just a little to get a bit more power from being wasted. I wanted to get parts for it to make it have more power, but recently bought an 89 ford thunderbird sc ( supercharged) 5 speed. From now on, forget the cavy.

Re: Hey

Yeah, the 98 has little power. I have to agree. I own one. But, as far as dependibility. Well, I have to go with the Cavy. I'm not a Ford man. I'm not flaming the Thunderbird. But, I've owned a few Fords. In my (opinion) they don't hold up. Maybe I've had a few lemons who knows??

Right now, I have to agree the cavy is alot more reliable than the bord. I just wish the cavy had a little more zip to it. I also wanted to increase the look of it, but with a 4 door, I don't want to go all "fast and furious" style, since it just wouldn't be right. (Although I as a girl do like the ricer style. ) My bf laughs at me when I say I wanna put stuff into the cavy to make it more enjoyable, but really, it would be better than stock. I was looking around the internet, and believe it or not I found a picture of a riced out 4 door cavy, and it looked awesome, who ever thought?
