setting timing??

hey guys, tryin to set the timing on my wrangler, 1995 4.0L I6, manual, for some reason i have the emissions sticker with the 2.5L 4cylender info on it, so i dont know the base timing for the engine, and honestly dont know how to set base timing on the jeep. ive got the timing light, and all the tools, but dont know if there are any special steps to the process. any help and/or info would be great here.

Only carburated models need to have timing adjusted. Fuel injected engines are controlled by the computer. There is a procedure for installing the distributor if you have removed it but it's to involved to go into here. I would get a Haynes repair manual, it's worth the $15.00 and saved my ass quite a few times. Hope this helps....
