Angry car will not start

I have a 1989 nissan 240 sx standard. this car used to start, it had been sitting there for 2 months. I checked the plugs, no sparks at all. changed the ignition coil still no sparks, by the way the car turnover.
took the rotor out as well, there's an aluminum round plate, in between that plate there's a hall switch. i did not mess with that though.
need help please!!!!!!!!!

Well you won't see actual sparks...

Is there gas in the gas tank?

Re: car will not start

Are you sure it is in fact getting fuel? Maybe the fuel pump is gone. Trace your wiring path and make sure everything is actually connected.

I'm not sure why you're here.
I don't remember Dodge making a 240SX....

Nonetheless, your injectors could be siezed shut. take them out and give 'em a bath.
If it's ignition, these cars eat ignition modules and computers (I think the one is behind the center console. It's been a while since I worked on a 240SX....)

Well, at least I tried....

Re: car will not start

Fox, that's a good idea, maybe you should ask about this in the Nissan forum. There might be someone there that this same thing happened to and they'll know what to tell you. You never know, it might be something with this car that you don't know about...
