problems about doors

i alredy got 4 amt 1995 toyota supra.i went to cut out the doors. but wen i cut them out they dont go back in good .so could some one help me by showing step by step by cuting the doors sanding and putty on my second supra because the first one i cut the doors bad .i got the doors hinges alredy .can you show me how can i cut the doors and sanding and putty?
