fuel pump eccentric (69 GTO)
On the end of the camshaft there is a fuel pump eccentric, the steel sleeve on the outside of the eccentric has about 1/8" to 3/16" of play when moving it north and south (in line with the camshaft), is this much slop normal? The engine is a 1969 pontiac 400.

Re: fuel pump eccentric (69 GTO)
No. That's way too much movement.
