Window motor replacement

Have a 95 Jimmy with a bad drivers window motor. I've drilled out the rivits on the motor panel..now what? How do I get the mounting plate out of the door to drill out motor rivits? Only other bolts on door are for window guides?

you can get the whole assembly out by rotaing itand releasing the pressure on the spring and that shoul get you just enough slack ot the tracks to remove it from the window. I had to replace my driverside motor that way. It takes some patience and fanagling but it does come out
