Need HELP 89 Accord stutters

[Honda Dirt Racer]

I race my 89 Accord on Dirt track.I took the Injection off and put a carb. intake on .But after a few laps it starts to stutter.I run it around 5000/5500 rpm we race in 2nd gear;have an after market electric fuel pump at 5psi.The dealer told me I hade to hook up the computer for the carb. for some sensor;but I'm wondering if the original com. should be rehookedfor the sake of the Distributer If anyone has any Ideas let me know I'm about to go to another car. Motor is a 2000. thanks if you can help
