new engine??

not an aclipse, but close enough.... okay heres whats up..... i have a 92 ealge talon (non-turbo), the syncros in the tranny are starting to go so it makes for a tuff ride every now and then. So i was planning on getting a new tranny. When looking for a new transmission i foud out that they are a tad on the expensive side... so this got me thinking maybe i will jsut buy a front end clip of a 92 eagle talon non-turbo because the clips come with a transmission, and they are only alittle more then a new tranny would be..... but then it got me thinking some more.... maybe i will jsut buy a front end clip of a 92 eagle talon with turbo, it will run me about 500-600 more $ then the regular eagle engine.... any ideas/tips on what i should do just get back to me thanks.....

new tranny?
reg. front end clip?

Go for the turbo! lol. Like i say, I live my life a 1/4 mile at a time, and for those 19 seconds or less, i wish i was boosted.
