brake light

I have a 1990 eagle tallon awd and just did the front brakes. got in to test drive and the brake light was on. added oil to it and still nothing. undid the battery. anyone know what is wrong and why.

do you mean the rear brake lights or the gauge cluster dummy light that means the ebrake is on. i dont think they have a brake problem warning light
