Sparkplugs=performance?

Hey i heard spark plugs are good for raising horsepower, but are they really worth the money? About how much horsepower do they give ya? Curious, just seems to easy, 14 bucks for horsepower is aweful cheap.

Better quallity spark plugs wont make hp that youll notice , but they will help your car start better nad have better heat resistance (insulation) car run a lil bit better when hot. Other than that plain factory plugs will do just fine. Plugs work better with good insulating wires and dont really have to be upsized for better performance.
