boost and electrical trouble

I just put the ac back in my car (92 eclipse) and I am having a couple of problems. I didn't keep my original ac system so I snagged one from a 91 talon. There is a plug on the passenger side hose to the condenser that was in a different location than mine originally was. The two wires were extended and the plug then plugged in. Problems:

1. The anti lock brake light flashes on and off occasionally

2. My radio goes on and off with the antilock brake light coming on

3. There is a piercing noise coming from the engine bay under full boost at about 4500 rpms (15 psi) It sounds like a table saw cutting through wood.

I have taken off the emission hoses and plugged the throttle body ports. My auto meter boost guage holds steady at 15psi.

Any ideas???
