Just bought 04 axiom
Hello all i just bought the 2004 axiom with the 3.5l D.I. engine would like to find another owner to discuss it with.

Axiom
We have an 02 Axiom with 40,000 miles. Just about ready for new tires. OK machine but short on leg room for my lon legs. It's the wife's SUV so it's only my problem during vacations. Rear shocks suck so you need to leave it in sport mode.

Well I definetely agree that the rear suspension system is not the most enjoyable ride in comfort mode and then in sport mode its exactly the opposite and its the front that is stiff instead of soft but i like the concept of being able to control that due to the various road conditions one might find in an suv lol
 . Also the Direct Injection Motor I have is great on the power end of it but I have put 7500 miles on mine now and when i first got it I could get 17 miles per gallon at best and now it's between 19 and 20 so it does improve with breakin but not as well as i'd hoped. She is a real head turner though alot of people have never even seen the car. Hopefully Isuzu can get their head out of their ass and survive.
