i got my sr put in my car but when i hit a little over 120 kilomitors my engine starts to dye out i think its the govenoer on my ecu dose anyone know how to take it off and let me use my engine correctly

It can't be the govenor because that's what everyone does on the highway.

check the fuel delivery system, fuel pump,injectors, fuel filter...

are u sure ur talkin kph (kilometers) or mph (miles)? Because the governors chip kicks in at 120 mph. Just makin sure

How can it kick in then when the speedometer doesn't go that far up?

when u did the sr swap did you upgrade the fuel pump?

speedometer limit is 180 kph so it cane go up to 120 easy (about 70 mph)

its the fuel pump i think because it sounds like its cutting the fuel supply

what kinds of sounds is it making?? because it could also be an ignition problem. but more than likley fuel related.
