1986 Astro Brake Pedal Switch Question

I have purchased a 1986 4.3L Astro Van and noticed that there are two sensors (switches) under the dash that are activated / deactivated by the brake pedal. One of them seems to have the "nut" missing and it is just kind of loose in the mounting hole. The other one has the nut or nutsert intact and therefor seems to be proper.

The one with the nut just has 1 electrical connector going to it and the one that is missing the nut has an electrical connector and what appears to be a vacuum line going to it.

Since the brake lights work properly and the cruise conrol is not working I suspect the one that is properly in place is for the brake lights and the other one is for the cruise control - does that seem correct?

Wher can I get a replacement nut or nutsert (whatever you call that threaded thing that hold the switch in proper contact with the brake pedal)?

Thanks.
