header gaskets

Although I have heard that shortie headers are useless, I found some locally that a guy wanted to sell to me for 50 bucks,soooooooooo..
being a mod whore I bought them . However, It was just the headers.
two questions:
1) Can anyone tell me where I can get the gaskets and parts needed for the install..
2) I have heard that the gains are around 1-3 RWHP. Is this accurate?
thanks for the info!

Re: header gaskets

Autozone, Kragen, Checker, Shucks, any auto parts store should have gaskets and header bolts.. I used 7/16 header bolts, but people recommend using alan (allen?) wrench bolts because they are easier to tighten...
