Info on 92-96 Vette's

I know they had an LT1 but what would a stock auto run in a 1/4? I caught one in a little race. We ran from about 60-100 (Mainly my 3rd and 4th gears). I pulled a solid 2 cars on him and was actually really suprised. My Mustang isn't any quicker then high 13's (I think). What do you guys think? Should I really be that suprised? Thanks.
